2.Ashley,Figuring out how to use the download code with McAfee was way harder than it needs to be. I bought this service in January or February and its July now and it disappeared one day.
3.Mason Man,…however, I get a pop-up message from mc-wns-client.exe every time I start my laptop. I am still waiting for customer support to solve this issue. If they solve the problem then I would give it three stars. Customer support is unacceptable.
4.JANICE,I specifically purchased the one year subscription because I wasn’t interested in auto-renewing, but they trick you into this by making it be a criteria of the download. What a deceptive bait and switch. I got to figure out how to get my money back.
5.Dennis Labrie,This SW was difficult to install because of a Chrome issue, I called the company and one of the technical guys was able to help. He was very patient and knowledgeable. The SW was installed in about 10 minutes.

I have used this product for many years without a problem. could not install this application without the help from McAfee customer support. I am still waiting for customer support to solve this issue. If they solve the problem then I would give it three stars. Customer support is unacceptable.
