…From there I easily went into my account and canceled the renewal subscription. Yes, they still have my credit card on file (and I’ll check it again later) but I saved some money and it was worth it.

Amazon product requires signing up for autorenewal – however, once you do that, the acct about to expire that’s about 4 times the cost of the amazon items – automatically downloads a subscription as well. I’m sure many folks aren’t aware they’ve been double billed. The product I purchased Norton 360 for $25. However I just happened to look and as soon as I updated my credit card info, Norton automatically charged my card for essentially the same product but for $105 not including tax. Of course, they’re not going to this because 1) it takes several days for the refund to come thru – so that’s interest they’re earning; and 2) they know many customers will not realize they’ve been double billed. ALl I keep getting is an invoice (you’d think the link would be listed there) and an advertisement. SO BUYER BEWARE OF NORTON’s SHENANIGANS!
